🎟️ MYGS Raffle – Official Rules & Legal Disclosure

Mosinee Youth Girls Softball (MYGS) conducts this raffle as a charitable fundraising activity in compliance with Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 563 and Wisconsin Department of Administration charitable gaming regulations. All raffle proceeds benefit MYGS programs, including player development, equipment purchases, field maintenance, and facility improvements.

Raffle tickets are issued by MYGS in exchange for a voluntary donation to support the organization. Tickets may be distributed to friends, family members, and community supporters. Tickets may not be sold for profit, duplicated, altered, or transferred in violation of Wisconsin gaming laws.

The raffle drawing will be held by random drawing during the MoTown Throwdown Tournament on June 20, 2026, at the Dessert Park Warming House, Mosinee, Wisconsin. Winners do not need to be present to win. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash alternative will be provided except where required by law.

All winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket issuance. MYGS reserves the right to void any ticket that is illegible, altered, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized means. The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets issued.

No purchase is required to win where prohibited by law. This raffle is void where prohibited. MYGS reserves the right to modify raffle details as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prize Levels:

• Grand Prize: $1,000
• 2nd Place Prize: $750
• 3rd Place Prize: $500
• 4th, 5th, and 6th Place Prizes: $250 each
